The 5-4 map portal (level 12 required) is located in the 5-2 pirate map. You will have to pay 1 Silver Key 
to enter the new map.
Pirate Silver Chests can be found on the entire map, Chests can be opened with a Silver Key.
The Silver Key can be crafted in the Assembly (25 Darksilver Coins)
Darksilver Coins drop from Uber Pirates (Uber Interceptor, Uber Barracuda, Uber Saboteur, Uber Annihilator) and from all NPCs on 5-4 map.
