Drops a repair pod to heal all allied ships in a medium radius up to 200k HP.
Duration: 10 seconds
Cooldown: 180 seconds

Reallocate
20% of total damage dealt to opponent (for 10 seconds) will be used for healing (equally distributed amongst clan members (at the end of the skill uptime)
Group members must be within 700 unit radius of skill user.
While the skill lasts, only damage dealt by group members within 700 units will count towards the pool of HP regen
When the duration is over, HP skills will be distributed among group members within 700 units. Only they will receive regeneration.
