You can get the Galaxy Coupon through the Mini Calendar Login rewards, as well as via Activity rewards and voucher codes. It can also be purchased in the game.

The 2026 Fireworks will always be on top of the middle building in X-1.
When you return to the Demilitarized zone, the birthday fireworks will take effect automatically on top of your ship.
Fireworks effects are a feature only in Unity and will only appear in the Unity client.
